I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of homes, land and income property in southwest Colorado and northwest New Mexico encompassing the cities of Durango, Bayfield, Ignacio, Allison, Hesperus, Hermosa, Red Mesa, Breen, Colorado and Farmington, Bloomfield, Aztec, New Mexico as well as any area north of Aztec. I stay current with the market conditions in all of these areas. I am very knowledgeable in all aspects of our local real estate markets. I am one of the Top-Producing Agents in the Durango Area Association of Realtors since joining in 1999. I have closed over 55 million dollars in Real Estate Sales in the last 8 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor,I was very active in Real Estate as a home owner and investor. This gives me the experience to understand the thoughts,concerns and the emotional aspects of buying or selling a home. Prior to my starting my real estate career, I spent 17 years working in the construction industry. This experience has proven to very valuable in evaluating the construction and condition of homes and commercial buildings.
Personal
I am a Christ follower and I am excited and eager to continue my journey into a deeper faith and relationship with the Lord. I am almost a Durango native after moving here in 1972 at the age of 10. This has truly been a great area to grow up. My youth was filled with hunting, fishing and sports activities. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my 3 son's, golfing, traveling, hiking, riding my Harley, snowshoeing and touring the extensive jeep trails in the area. | |
